Earlsford Terrance, Dublin 4


When relocating from their home of c. 20-years on Dublin’s St. Stephen’s Green, Lisney appointed Sonica to act as their Main Contractor and Partner to deliver their modern new office space over two floors on Earlsfort Terrace.

Works involved the strip out of 2 existing floors in the building in preparation for the new office layouts. The first floor was fitted out as the Corporate Reception and Meeting space, a place for Lisney to receive their Clients, hold large meetings and conduct auctions. The second floor comprised the open plan office space, internal meeting space, staff canteen facilities, file storage and desking for 80 staff members.

Works were conducted on the upper floors of St. Stephens Green House, a multi tenanted office block, with all logistics and day-to-day site issues managed by the on-site Sonica Operations Team.
