The brief on this project was a full refurbishment of all landlord lobby areas and shared WC facilities throughout the building comprising of 6 floors over double basement. The works were full strip out, upgrading and installation of firestopping throughout, 2 new elevators including widening of all doors throughout and remedial works to both shafts and architectural finishing of all shared public spaces.
The works were heavily phased with mulitple phases overlapping and running concurrently in different areas to facilitate out of hour works, tenant comfort and maintenance of services throughout.
The main architectural detailing came by way of new neutral tiled lobby areas with feature fabric wall for colour, completely revamped WCs with modern, full height cubicles with contrasting feature colour to the interior on both cubicle system and tiled wall. The reception area got a revamp with custom curved joinery to the new oversized reception desk and rear feature wall housing all the existing services. Finally the facade got a lift with all new tiling to the external entrance way, new roller gate, entrance mat and painted entrance doors.
