At Sonica, we believe that we can optimize your Fitout when we listen to who it is you are and what it is you do. We go into our first meeting with you fully prepared, we ask informed questions and we listen to your answers.
When we have an understanding of what you want, we can then start to guide you through a Fitout process that is tailored specifically to your unique requirements.
Following receipt of the Client’s brief, the project planning process commences with the first order of business being the assembly of the in-house Sonica Team.
We look at each job as the sum of it’s parts, we review the individual complexities of each part and we draw from our extensive experience to formulate an execution plan that we know will succeed.
Once the execution plan is put into motion, the delivery milestones against the plan are set in stone. The Sonica Project Leader monitors the milestone dates and co-ordinates the Team to stay on track and deliver on their assigned tasks.
We can guarantee an offering to our Clients that is “Best in Class” by using our extensive market experience to carefully select and invite only the best people to contribute to the costing process.
Our sub-contract partners are specifically chosen on a project-by-project basis, where we match their skill sets to the parameters of each unique project, to ensure we are getting the best knowledge input and value the market has to offer.
On receipt of costs from our market partners, our Surveying Teams run an intensive financial analysis on the figures to work up a detailed budget recommendation.
This recommendation is presented to the Client for their review and sign-off as the final step in a fully transparent process that allows them retain complete control of all project expenditure.
The days that make up the mobilization and ramp-up period are viewed by us as being hugely important in the overall project life cycle. A bad start is chased all the way to handover.
The Sonica method allows for our sites to be fully set-up in advance of trade works proceeding. This not only allows us maintain our impeccable safety record, it also instills a culture of quality in all contractors arriving on site from the very start and effectively promotes co-operation and motivation within the Team as a whole.
As the Site Operations Team move through the project, the Client is kept fully informed of the process through the Sonica progress reporting system. This weekly report covers everything from information awaited that may impact construction progress to the cumulative hours completed accident free on-site to date.
Through the complete construction process, the unwavering desire to complete the project on time and on budget, regardless of obstacles or challenges, is put at the forefront of everyone’s agenda by the Sonica Site Team.
To us, closing out a project means having it 100% finished at handover. Having it 100% finished means no outstanding works, no late arrivals, no excuses. This can only come about by identifying and allocating the necessary resources for the proper and correct close out of all construction related activities early in the project life cycle.
We take pride in our ability to pinpoint the critical path project milestones, to monitor their status way ahead of schedule, to mitigate against anything getting left behind – we literally strive to make your project our best one yet.
Training your staff in the correct operation of the installed features in your completed premises is something we look forward to. We build up such a good rapport with our Client’s during the build process, that presenting to them at pre-handover training workshops is a task we really enjoy.
